The TMES 2010-2011 Before and After Care Program will be offered to all TMES students on an as needed basis. There will be a $10.00 Registration Fee per student. See prices below:
$5.00 flat fee for Before Care which will run from 6:45 am to 8:30 am Monday through Friday on scheduled school days. In inclement weather we will not be offering Before Care. Please listen to 770 KOB FM or Action 7 News. We follow APS guidelines, if they are closed or begin late, we will not have Before Care.
$10.00 flat fee for After Care which will run from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday on scheduled school days. After Care will not be offered on Early Release days. For the safety of our students, all children not picked up by 4:00 pm will be sent to After Care and the parents will be charged for the day.
*** Please note: There will be an additional fee of $1.00 per minute if you pick up your child after 6:00 pm. Please remember to pay the staff member immediately when this occurs. ***
All charges are on a daily basis, regardless of what time you pick up or drop off your child. The after school staff ask that you please anticipate your needs/desires for these activities on a weekly/monthly basis if possible. All fees need to be paid in advance and make payable to The Montessori Elementary School (TMES).
***Before and After Care charges for school year 2009-2010 must be paid before August 19, 2010. All balances must be paid before you may use the Before and After Care Program for the new school year. If you need to make arrangements, please contact Ms. Marita.***
The Before and After Care Coordinator is Ms. Marita. She will send out invoices on a monthly basis. If you have any questions regarding the invoices, please do not hesitate to stop by the front office or call the office at 796-0149.
