Bio: Kit Hartman grew up in Bosque Farms, NM on his parents' horse farm. He is a graduate of Freedom High School and finished his BA degree in Secondary Education at the College of Santa Fe this past year with a concentration in History, and Social Studies. During his student teaching experiences, he met graduates of TMES and was impressed by their maturity and achievement. He joined TMES to both experience elementary education, and gain insight into how Montessori methods enhance the educational process. His personal interests are New Mexico history, military history, military memorabilia, technology and motorcycling, but most of all, he treasures spending time with his two sons, Daniel and William.
