Established in 2005, The Montessori Elementary School (TMES) is a charter school through the Public Education Commission (PEC) in the State of New Mexico. TMES currently serves students from kindergarten through eighth grade from Albuquerque and the surrounding areas. TMES classes incorporate the Montessori philosophy and curriculum, with weekly Suzuki music lessons, art and general music classes. All students and parents participate in the Suzuki Method and take lessons in violin.

The Middle School Snack Shack is Back!
What: This is a fundraiser for the TMMS end-of-year trips. Students can purchase snacks such as trail mix, cheese sticks, and granola bars.
When: Friday mornings from 8:30-9:00 (before class officially begins only).
Where: In the front hallway near the middle school entrance.
How much: Most snacks range from 50 cents to 75 cents.
